These are the beautiful Anthurium Crystallinum. Which feature dark green velvet leaves with shimmery-white veining down the entire leaf. The stems can be almost a burgundy color and the new growth points and leaves are red and deep brown color that slowly harden off to dark green. These grow at a moderate pace, usually 1-2 leaves a month, and are fairly easy to care for. These are a little more demanding in terms of humidity. They originate from Central America and can be found growing on the branches of trees, high in the canopy. A daily misting or two can help maintain the high humidity it prefers.
Quick Care Tips:
Light: Bright-Indirect lighting
Water: Keep the soil moist at all times and don't allow the media to dry out in between waterings.
Humidity: 70%-80% is ideal. However, if you live in a dry climate like us, a daily misting will work just fine.
Soil: Make sure the soil is chunky, with the ability to be fast draining but retains enough moisture.
